About: BMI the Lancaster Hospital

very difficult to contact the hospital by phone to arrange appts. Continual ansaphone machines offering to phone back... which is fine if one's not in a job and can hang around all day waiting for a call back, but I teach - no phones in the classroom. Employ more reception staff please.
