What could be improved
on arrival at church lane with a 90 year old patient attending for tests. no parking spaces. nobody in main reception. no lifts. altogether a very daunting experience for a frail old man -not very good for me too - the wheelchairs on hire are worse than most supermarket trolleys.this has occurred on both tuesday and wednesday this week.
