"Impact of fantastic GP surgery on my health & wellbeing"

I recently moved to Lostock Court, Stretford and so had to change my GP Surgery from the Delamere Medical Centre, Stretford to Lostock Medical Centre. I had to change because it was getting too much to be able to travel to the Delamere Centre.

Since joining Lostock, the service I've had has been fantastic. I've got a specialist cardiac nurse who does home visits for me if I need them. This means I don't have to worry about getting all the way into hospital to get checked out. I've felt down about that in the past. Having the cardiac nurse has made me feel marvellous. My GP there is fantastic too. Once, the surgery diagnosed me with a suspected blood clot and within 24 hours I was in Trafford General.

When I was at Delamere one of the complaints I had was that you couldn't get in to see someone at the surgery in the same week. At Lostock I can see my GP on the same day.
