I went to Boots in Newton Abbot to collect my husband's prescription. It was not ready.....as has been the case many times recently. Not on their system, but had been ordered 10 days before. They rang the surgery and were told it had been sent. So surgery said they would resend it and it would be here the following Monday.
My husband went to collect, but it was not there.
I rang the surgery (at Kinskerswell) and was told that no prescription had been ordered by Boots this month. So they said they would now send it.
Now I have to go into town again and hope that the pills are ready.
This is not good enough as he is nearly out of pills now.
Someone has made a slip up, but won't admit it.
"Monthly repeat prescription"
