"Top Notch"

I took my Mum in after a fall down some stairs and they were extremely thorough and always made her feel that she was being cared for. The QARANC guys in the Resus and Majors department were exceptional as were all the other nurses and Dr's. Anyone moaning about waiting times and staff being blunt should try and understand the environment of a hospital better. Emergency cases should always take priority regardless of who is waiting and the nurses have to deal with so much on a daily basis that plenty of us couldn't deal with for just one day. When you go to a hospital you accept that things can change in an instant depending on who is wheeled through the door. I can't speak highly enough of them and as a result would pick Frimley over North Hants in Basingstoke any day. The one and only thing that did disgust me was the amount of visitors that didn't use the hand sanitizers that were dotted about everywhere. They'd be the first to moan about infections in hospitals and yet they're major contributors. Any one going to Frimley Park Hospital, please use the sanitizers and help keep the hospital a safe place for everyone.
