People are very quick to criticise when things don't go to plan....and either ignore it or take it for granted when everything is A1. I visited the gynae outpatient department on Wednesday 23/7 and the vascular surgery outpatient department on Friday 25/7....both times I was treated with respect, was seen promptly and was given a clear explanation as to what was happening at the time and also regarding what would happen next. Excellent. G Clarke
