"My mums care in A and E"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My mum was left outside a&e less than 100 metres from the door, curled up in pain. And they refused to come and help her!

We turned up and had to get her to the door before they bothered, this was after a few people had told them! A DISGRACE! ! ! ! We have pictures and will be complaining!

We saw a paramedic in the office when we asked for help playing on their phone. The paramedic didn't even flutter an eye lid!
