"Inclusion Matters - CBT"

Went to Inclusion Matters due to suffering from Anxiety for a number of years - With their help we were able to establish three different causes; Social Phobia, OCD and Worry.

With the help of Michela Pickervance I have learnt how to manage these on my own and begin to see amazing results; I was finally able to return to the Cinema again (after being unable to go for over a year) and I had learnt to cope with objects that seemed out of place. In the space of 6 months my life has began to change for the better and I'm finally on the road to getting back to how my life used to be.

I can safely say that I wouldn't have been able to achieve this much without Michela who was extremely helpful. she was friendly and listened to what I felt where the issues that needed work and together we came up with a plan for every step and if anything felt too much for me then she was understanding and we moved the goal to something more capable for me.

All in all the CBT & Michela have had an amazing impact on my life making it for the better. Thank You
