"Hospital effectively shuts down over weekends."

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

Ended up waiting close to 2 hours for a pre-scheduled injection. First hour waiting for Porters, next hour waiting because there was (allegedly) no-one at the blood lab to give the serum to the Porter to give it to the nurse. Tried to expedite matters by offering to get the serum myself but (naturally) refused. Tried to complain but PALS doesn't work there over the weekend, and neither does any form or shape of a manager or decision maker. Honestly - shockingly bad performance and no accountability. ( I wonder if its like this over night shifts as well? I'm leaving this review to warn other patients and in the (vain) hope that eventually you'll get Audited and this review will be read and actioned upon.
