What I liked

I was a patient in Grey Ward for 3 nights after having an op. There is nothing more the staff could have done for me- everyone I met- from the nursing staff in the pre op area to the ward staff were kind, attentive and reassuring.

The night staff were particulary good -despite being really busy were professional and caring.
