Went in on the 24th of July for a Gastroscopy, I was dreading going in, but on arrival to the hospital I was very pleasantly surprised that its a smaller more personable hospital. You feel relaxed as you walk in as it's more like walking into a nice, modern, low cost hotel reception than a hospital. The ward was spacious, airy and spotlessly clean, the staff were all lovely and down to earth. Having returned to the UK after living in Spain for the past 15 years, I was extremely nervous about the health service here because of the horror stories I'd read, especially after my experiences of health care in Spain which were immaculate, but I have to say a lot of my faith in the NHS has been restored because of this hospital. Overall, lovely clean hospital, friendly staff, great experience..well as great as having a tube down your throat can be... Many thanks.
"Very impressed with this hospital."
