About: Conquest Hospital

Firstly I would like to say a massive Thanks to the a n e staff for looking after me during my stay! I was a very sick and needed urgent care! Couldn't fault the staff, but I was on a paramedic bed for a day and when your very ill it's very painful. Nurses where fantastic and I like there Happy ways, I don't like it when they go quiet when a doctor walks in tho. They do more for your well being. Now the food is absolutely foul and needs to be changed ASAP! Please do something about it!

It’s always encouraging for staff to receive positive feedback. We will ensure that your 'huge thanks' is shared with staff. We're sorry to hear that you waited a long time on a paramedic bed and that you did not find the food to your liking. Our A&E department is particularly busy this time of year due to holiday makers and the current heatwave. With regard to the food, we generally receive mixed comments, however, in the majority of cases, patients report positive feedback. We will ensure your comments are reported to the catering managers.
