What I liked

i am very disappointed about this hospital as i am 4 months pregnant and it is my first pregnancy, i have been trying to contact the antenatal unit for over 3 weeks with the result of no answer. i am extremely worried about my baby as i do not know of there is anything wrong with it. all i want them to do is book me in for my first scan to check my baby is ok. i am sick of there negligance.

What could be improved

they could pick up the phone or phone me back like the told my doctor that they would do!
