"Lovely staff"

I went to A & E last week after getting my nose ring stuck in my nose as it became embedded. The member of staff was so patient after several attempts of trying to get it out and the ring not budging. She told me exactly what she was going to do and was very sympathetic as I was in a lot of discomfort even though it was self inflicted. Thankfully after an hour she finally managed to get it out. I couldn't thank her enough for her time and patience. She was so lovely through the whole experience & made me feel at ease. Thanks again!
