Despite being obviously busy with Operations running behind, the staff remained caring and friendly, apologising for the delays. Once in, my minor procedure went very well and I was qucikly and efficiently processed, The admissions nurse was very good as were the theatre staff, humuorous and friendly putting you at your ease. Another excellent visit to an excellent facility.
