The facilities here are excellent but staff attitude is very uncaring.
My midwife did not even say goodbye - she stripped the bed and left whilst I was showering because it was the end of her shift. I had to go out to reception to find out where she was and then sit on my own with my new baby on a very uncomfortable plastic chair until the next midwife came on shift nearly an hour later!
