"Forgotten at Frimley Park"

About: Frimley Park Hospital (Frimley)

First time my wife and I have visited Frimley Park. Hopefully the last. The Reception at the Clinical Investigations Ultra-Sound department was far from adequate. We felt like we were intruding on the receptionists conversation with her colleague. No eye contact, no smile, no politeness. We really felt that we were a total nuisance to her. We arrived in the department more that 15 minutes early for a 12 noon appointment. At 12.40 my wife asked if we had been forgotten. We were assured that we had not been. At 12.41, a nurse came and my wife was seen to. .??? All other staff were great, even the Car Park attendant was really helpful. Some people just should not be employed at dealing with the public face to face. This receptionist is one of those people.alas.
