About: Rowley Regis Hospital

im writing on behalf of my husband twice ive taken him for blood tests at rowely on a wednesday morning and both times we or the doctor havent had the results returned no explanation no notification that someting has gone wrong , as a severly disabled gentleman and a diabetic with blood pressure the stress and cost and fasting causes him so much upset and could potetially hurt him . also further time great effort is wasted and nhs resources as we then book tosee his diabetic nurse and we find we have not had the results come thru. is there something done to improve this fustrating and upsetting situation please.
