"Hospital Review"

I was at Colchester hospital last Monday ( the respiFracture clinic)frontline staff was brilliant administration just plain lazy with attitude that patiants are a nuicence one woman just walked around a puddle on the floor (water had been spilled) not her concern (patients were at risk of slipping ) I advised the lady on the appointments desk and she acted promptly to get it wiped up, I had to visit the respratory clinic today ,again another cockup by a negligent lazy secretary,, to many admin staff walking about ,, outside the main entrance stagnant dirty contaminated water (pond) full of rubbish and cigarette ends most unhealthy for the hospital and people crossing the footbridge there is honest review of Colchester hospital , as I said earlier time for a change of management who waste money.
