"Thank you for great care"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Was taken in an ambulance to A&E after falling down stairs and badly hurting my ankle. Was extremely anxious because I'm pregnant and was afraid the baby would be hurt as well. Everyone who dealt with us - paramedics, doctors, nurses, X-ray staff, liaison person, the guy who plastered my leg - was incredibly kind, efficient, good-humoured and reassuring. I was given pain relief ASAP and kept informed about what treatment I would have. I was reassured about the baby and taken to St Marys for a check up. Was a stressful day but everyone made it as smooth as possible. Thank you NHS!
