I went to Wellington Health Centre – as I had turned my right knee and was experiencing pain and stiffness. The previous year I had done the same with my left knee – physio had made this much better. The practice nurse referred me for a physio. I was contacted by phone and offered several choice of appointment (very much appreciated as I work part time and have to book on non-working days) I then received a letter containing all necessary information, and confirming details. I went to the PRH on appointed day and time. (Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Therapies PRH – RXH) I was examined and had extensive chat about my condition and specific needs. Last week I went to the gym – everything was explained in detail and I really enjoyed using the machines. My leg feels better already – looking forward to my next session. Very positive and my knee feels great. Still taking Naproxen.
"Looking forward to my next session"
