The staff at the bungalow were so lovely, so friendly. Very prompt and professional but with a real caring side. Such a big difference to large hospitals. I was treated with such respect for my privacy, what a pleasant surprise.
They should be so proud of what they all do and the service they give. Thank you to all.
Not so scared to go back now for next appointment.
