What I liked
all but two of the staff were very friendly-(excellent considering i must have seen at least 50 staff),aiming to please.all staff treated me with the utmost dignity and respect at all times.
What could be improved
the communication between doctors/nurses/patients.lot of confusion over nil by mouth decisions/drips/doctors times.
Anything else?
didnt seem to work well as a team-poor communication causing confusion amongst all staff and patients and frustration amongst patients.those that did their jobs properly did them to exceptional standards without faults.well done to those staff-they know who they are!
