About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The TRAQS service seems to do exactly what it is supposed to and takes the mystery and waiting out of the hospital appointment process. If it also ensures maximum use of available appointments in all hospitals and spreads patients around the available hospitals too, that has to be a good thing.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your positive comments. You have explained very clearly what TRAQS aims to do.

We realise that not all patients are able to travel further for an earlier appointment but it is an option we are able to offer. However, ultimately the decision of which hospital to attend remains with the patient.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with the TRAQS team.
