About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

2 weeks after seeing a GP I received an outpatients appointment (The TRAQS team contacted me a week after seeing my GP) I was quite impressed!

TRAQS aim to contact all patients within 5 working days of receiving a referral from their GP practice.

I am pleased that we were able to offer you such a prompt appointment and hope that you are felling much better.
