About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The lady from TRAQS phoned on the Wednesday afternoon to say about appointments and said she would send papers to the Princess Royal Hospital who would send appointment by Post.

We had telephone call on the Thursday from cardiorespiratory department to ask if I would be able to attend on the Friday morning at 9: 00 as there had been a cancellation which I took. Arrived at department, booked in waited only 10 mins was called in had my heart scan. All done within 3 days. I say well done to the teams.
