"High standards at West Midlands Hospital"

Upon arrival I was handed a lot of forms to complete – luckily I arrived early for appointment. I asked reception to clarify some information but they weren't the most helpful of people – response a little short.

We saw Dr Rayen, twenty minutes after our appointment time, this gave us chance to complete the forms. Dr Rayen was very warm and welcoming. He went through a few tests with myself, explained his findings and then explained the treatment options. Dr Rayen also made it clear to the receptionist that I need to have an MRI scan ASAP.

Even though a NHS patient, I felt the service from the doctor was of a high standard. Dr Rayen wrote myself a prescription and I felt well looked after.
