"Post operation are/advice"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

The operation was performed at Nuffield. But after the operation I had to contact my doctor as I received no post operation care/advice and was led to believe Princess Royal should have contacted me with 7 days from release from Nuffield. I think a more organised link between the two should have occurred and not left to me to chase it up.
