"I didn't have to wait for appointment time"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I arrived very early for appointment, not knowing how long travel would take, reception was very good. I was seen in the order that I signed in and the nurses were very good and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait for my appointment time, although I hope I don’t have to go to the clinic again, I would be happy to be there. Thank you for the professional way I was dealt with.
