"Nurses could be more caring"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as the patient),

It was not bad at all but I am in and out of hospital a lot. I think that the nurses could be a lot more caring with the older people. I've seen with my own eyes that some are not very patient.
