"unfortunately the only thing that ..."

About: Trafford General Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

unfortunately the only thing that i felt comfortable with was how my grandad was cared for in intensive care, before that he was on a ward after an operation and they did not care for him properly the care was absolutely shoking!

What could be improved

everything, when patients go onto a main ward there just isnt any caring staff, they all seem like they dont want to be there and the patients are just numbers (people in beds) no one showed any interest and majour things were not picked up that could of saved my grandads life.

Anything else?

All our family are left with huge devastaion we are horrified and still in shock from this terrible ordeal! We feel that staff did not do everything they could for my grandad and no one in our family will ever trust any of the medical staff again i just hope that none of us have to rely on them for any life saving help in the future that would bring massive stress and more upset to us. words just cannot describe how my family feels we are so very angry and just cannot believe such people are working with vunerable people, i dont know how they sleep each night.
