First day of school holidays and we were at Basildon A&E at 9am with youngest son! He split his chin open, messing around on the ladder of his canopy bed.The speed at which we were seen was amazing. The staff were kind, considerate and we couldn't have asked for any better care. Facilities were top class, can't fault it. Shame about the bad press they have received but I can honestly say they've certainly upped their game! Thank you to everyone you helped us today, it is much appreciated. The family, in particular young Declan.
"Thank You"
