"Lost my baby"

I first found out I was pregnate I was bleeding from the start so I went for an emangecy scan to see if my baby was doing fine! They told me my baby was doing great they said come back in 7 days well I made it 2 days at home then started getting terrible pains in my belly they didn't see to me straight away I had to wait an hour with these pains am 17 I didn't even know what was happening I had to keep getting my boyfriend to go and keep asking they wouldn't tell us anything then finally after an hour and half I got took to the maternity ward I had to wait 20 mintues longer. They was ment to do a scan to see if everything was fine, till the point i went and asked if I could go for a wee after I went to the toilet I lost my baby I was so disspointed they made me stay in over night so I could have a scan in they morning they lost all my documents, they said my scan would be at 9am they didn't come and get me till 1pm when I went for my scan they found out I was having twin and told me to come back in 7 more days which I did and they got my my hopes up that I was having another baby till they turned round and said they lost my documents again and said they couldn't find anything else I blame this hospital they could of done more
