The amount of time between having my mri and seeing the consultant was too long so called neurology to try and get it sooner. I was informed the only way to do this would be in the hope of a cancellation. I thought I wouldnt hear anymore however I received a call back within 4 hours saying my appt had been brought forward. Excellent service and one happy patient, thank you.
