About: Smile For Life Dental Clinic - Tottenham

(as a parent/guardian),

Today we went to Smile for Life Dental Clinic, Smile for life Sedation Referral Practice Tottenham Clinic, my daughter had appointment for the conscious sedation. However, unfortunately, we did not leave there with the best experiences ever. After the surgery, they sent us to waiting room and I do not know the name of the person, who is working there (because they did not have name card).

This person unplugs the anaesthesia needles in my daughter's hand, but did not do the job in a careful way because my daughter's hand was bleeding. When I noticed, I have called them, but they was busy talking on the phone. I asked them to help me off the phone and lady "from the other kids in your daughter there" gave the answer.

That makes me and my child was very restless and justifies themelves to say "You can not yell at me, " the person said. Women also, other patients besides some gestures made to belittle me and said that I knew nothing about it and that they were doing this job 30 years.

When we leave the clinic my 7-year-old son asked her, “why not the other children of the blood, just my sister's hand happened? ” My children were very impressed by this or another doctor and dentist say they want to go. Of course we do not want anyone irreverent act. However, it cannot remain silent disrespect being to done. To show respect, respect is relevant for all as well.
