"Made to feel like a person, not a number"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I have been referred several times now by 'TRAQS' and each time it has been a very positive experience. Everyone I have had contact with has been very helpful.

At the end of the day I was made to feel I was a person and not just a number and that I really mattered.

I am pleased you feel that your referrals have always been dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner from beginning to end. TRAQS prides its self on the service we give acknowledging the feelings of the patient concerned.
