About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I would like to explain the marks. I was contacted by TRAQS before I had even seen my GP due to having to work over a month to been seen by her. The lady I spoke to at TRAQS was lovely and explained everything and I was made to feel good and positive about what would happen at the appointment.
