I was pleased that Mr. Bowen arranged an additional clinic (on a Sat) which enabled me to be seen before going on holiday.
The consultation was conducted thoroughly + sensitively, particularly Mr. Bowen being very careful when noting my description of symptoms.
A follow up MRI scan was selected immediately and I am looking forward to that being done and (hopefully) getting an explanation for the vision problem I experienced.
A very satisfying experience overall.
