"Waited for too long"

Waited for an hour and a half in the A & E and have still not seen the nurse. There are a lot of people here and there are only 2 nurses, the timetable is very not organised with only 2 nurse on for the time. Also keeping the patients waiting for so long.

So sorry you experienced a long wait. Patients visiting A&E may from time to time experience long waits, this is due to the unpredictability of blue light ambulance attendances. I am the lead nurse for A&E department, natasha.knutt@nhs.net and would welcome any further feedback you may wish to provide.
