The pre-op assessment to my bunion operation was very detailed and excellent. The admission date was agreed on at this appointment. My patient experience was good overall, everywhere was clean and bright. There was free TV and local phone calls and although I didn't make use of either, I'm sure they would be appreciated by many. (The use of TV and telephone had lost my daughter a lot of money in Warrington Hospital in 2007).
