I was seen by Dr. Donnelly at the NGH. The clinic was clean, he was punctual and I was treated with respect. I was sent for several tests including endoscopy and scan. Nursing staff and technicians were wonderful and caring especially in the endoscopy unit where the tests were quite uncomfortable. Worst thing was waiting for the results, diagnosis and treatment as it took at least 3 months. Even help from the nurse specialist took a further 2 months. Could this side of the hospital experience be improved please. Surely results don't take this long!
