I didn't have to wait very long before I saw the triage Charge Nurse, who was kind, caring & kept me fully informed of what was needed to be done & why. I was referred to a specialist in another hospital to be seen later the same day. I would like to thank the Charge Nurse for their care, compassion & dignified treatment. You are a star!
