The ward has been very nice and friendly, the nurses are kind and helpful. The nurses are very busy, if they look busy I wont shout for them, I will keep quit until someone walks past who can help you.
In the morning and night shifts people are very good at coming to introduce themselves to you. Then you know exactly who they are, who is in charge and who to ask for things.
I like people to be helpful people from all cultures, it is important to always help.
People here are good at speaking slowly and clearly when people don't understand.
