"Very caring and professional paramedics, cant thank them enough"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was at home following discharge from hospital where I had received treatment under general anaesthetic. I started to feel very shaky and my pulse was very erratic. We called 111 who sent a paramedic to us very quickly; an emergency ambulance was also requested because of my circumstances.

The young chaps were marvellous. I started to feel calmer within half an hour but they stayed for an hour and a half until my pulse had settled, I had stopped shaking and I felt well again.

These people are so well qualified, very caring and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their help.
