"Friendly, supportive staff"

Going to see the young lady counsellor, was very good for me. She listened to everything and I had to say. Problems which I thought were so bad. The young lady explained why I thought this way and helped me learn to alleviate my fear and anxieties. Also all the booklets and discs were just so god at helping you to do a lot of self-help work. I cannot thank this young woman enough. I continuously feel a lot better with myself. Also this is a really good experience. Without Megans help, I still would not understand what I felt. Thank you for making me feel this way.
