Went again on Wednesday this week. I was 13th in the queue and out of those in front of me were 7 OAPs and in addition, one lady who took her ticket and sat down, but when the next number was called both she and the person with the number called went in and got seen together........I must try that!!! I managed to get into the city by 9:35, so not quite as bad as last time.
