"A & E First Class Service Provision"

My husband became ill on July 12th and required an attendance at the A & E Dept at the University Hospital of North Tees. The care and attention he was given was professional, timely and superb; this began from him entering the department, throughout his series of tests and examinations until he was transferred to the Emergency Assessment Unit. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating, the cleaners, receptionists, all grades of nursing staff and medical staff involved. It pains me to think that these dedicated people receive so much abuse and criticism and yet their main purpose is to care. As an observer during our stay, it was apparent that perhaps not all attendees required that level of urgent treatment!!! Many thanks A & E you do a great job.
