"Lack of basic care and medicine no communication"

About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

Went to minor injuries unit at about 10 pm on Friday with a minor dog bite, playing with the dog and he bit me on the hand he is nomally a gentle dog but i think the storm unsettled him he punctured the skin in about 4 places and drew blood,so i thought i would go for a tetanus, to be safe as mine was out of date. Did not have to wait long to see a very pleasant doctor who agreed i should have a tetanus, and antibiotics,he could not fined the tetanus, gave me the antibiotics and asked me to come back in the morning at about 7-45 am as the nurses would be in and they would know where the are kept. Like an idiot i paid my parking fee went in to reception to be greated with all smiles, and : We have not got any: go to A&E The most bacic of medicine for a minor injuries unit and the did not have any, usual thing with NHS no communication They could have phoned me they had my number, but that would be to easy and sensible wouldnt it
