About: Ashford Hospital

Visited the walk in centre on a Saturday after booking an appointment via 111 for my son. Had to wait over 1.5hrs even with the appointment. What is the point of an appointment system in this facility? Is it part of a scheme to extort more money from the expensive car parking? Once seen we did experience friend and knowledgable help from the doctor but they really do need to review the appointment vs walk-in system. We would definitely seek out alternatives rather than come back to Ashford.
