About: South Tyneside District Hospital

I would never ever visit this hospital again, the treatment and lack of care I received was disgusting. I had a drip in which was not working and had back flowed with blood and this was left in place for over 10 hours despite being told someone would remove it soon. Also when I buzzed I waited over 15 mins for the buzzer to be answered. The dr in a and e was very dismissive of my condition. This has to have been the worst hospital experience I have ever had.
